We have been in the natural berry business for 30 years.
We are a family business based on love for nature and respect for nature's gifts. During our years in this business, we have gathered a lot of experience and knowledge in the berry business. We collect berries and deliver them to factories in Finland and Europe for further processing and production of berry products.
It is very important for the consumer that the berries are domestic and that they are collected from the ecologically clean forests of northern Finland. Our values include quality and responsibility. We choose high-quality berries so that our customers only get the best. We also care about nature and strive to minimize our environmental impact.
We invite responsible pickers to collect the berries and mushrooms, arrange accommodation for them, provide them with the necessary equipment, transport for collecting berries and collection points for receiving the berries.

In Finland, any person can freely pick mushrooms and berries in any quantity. This does not require a license or special permission.
Picking wild berries is a voluntary right of every person and is not contract work; a work permit is not required.
To travel to pick berries, pickers must have personal documents confirming the right to enter the EU countries, and the right to stay in Finland for up to 3 months.
When moving in the forest, a person picking berries and mushrooms for sale in Finland must take into account the rights and responsibilities included in the set of rights of every person to nature.
The picker is the first link in the chain of consumption of berries and mushrooms. Thus, to ensure quality, certain principles must be followed in the collection and processing of natural products if they are collected for subsequent sale.
Arctic International Group Oy has an extensive network of berry and mushroom collection points throughout Finland. On the website ostopisteet.fi you will find information about their locations and opening hours. In addition to stationary warehouses, there are mobile collection points operating in remote locations. Berries and mushrooms are bought with cash, the price is set daily. Welcome! We are waiting for you!
Visitors to Finland can stay in tourist camps, tourist bases or forest huts owned by the forestry department. In the forests and countryside of Finland, you can put up tents without the permission of the owner of the land, on condition that this is not done too close to housing, and those living in them do not disturb others with their noise and do not pollute the environment. We will also offer accommodation options for the pickers.
Pickers must have suitable clothing with them, outerwear that protects them from insect bites, rain and cold natural conditions in the autumn. Also bed linen for your stay. Pickers must provide their own equipment for picking wild berries.
Berries are purchased from pickers by processing enterprises and sellers who sell berries at retail in stores, markets and at special roadside points. Usually the berries are sold uncleaned with leaves. Some buyers also buy clean berries. In Finland you can buy a device for cleaning berries.
Berries intended for sale are collected with a special device that can be purchased at grocery and hardware stores and sometimes at markets. Typically the price of the device ranges from 5 to 20 euros.
Collect ripe berries and check the cleanness of them. Pick ripe berries, they withstand picking better than unripe ones and have the best taste. Quality is important for the buyers.
When selling unsorted berries to a buyer, it is not allowed to contain rocks, branches or other pieces of wood. Along with the berries there can only be leaves and twigs of the berry plant. More detailed instructions and quality requirements can be obtained from the buyer.
Reception of berries is organized by the receiving party daily at the place of residence; when delivering the berries, the picker receives money for the delivered berries on the spot and signs on the receipt sheet for the weight of the berries and the money received. When delivering the berries to the collection point, industry or store, you must inform your name, address and place of berry picking.
Variants of berries for sale:
